RECODED

With gaming being an integral part in the lives of many children and young people, it’s time to reimagine how we think about gaming.

Project Synthesis Director, Daniel Donahoo, worked with Uniting to develop a playful, engaging and purposeful approach to how we can support students to learn about the positive and negative impacts of gaming. Recoded is a train the trainer model for teachers and youth services that builds their capacity to better engaging with children and young people around gaming, help young gamers develop pro-social and collaborative skills through gaming and educate them to understand the alignment between the design and strategies of gaming and gambling.

This project was developed in partnership with Uniting and with support by the NSW Government.
