We work in synthesis with our partners to bring together ideas, resources, people, hopes, expectations, skills and knowledge – combining them in ways that enable us to be more adaptable and agile in our increasingly uncertain and ambiguous world.

Project Synthesis invests in processes and play and provocation.

We are as equally interested in the journey and what we discover along the way, as we are in the outcome. It’s in the journey where we learn and where we’re able to exercise that adaptability and agility, changing direction and taking a different approach if it appears that will achieve improved results and better impact. We value knowing the direction we are moving in, without fully understanding the destination until we arrive.

Project Synthesis works in deeply participatory ways. 

We work on our listening. We insist on being held accountable. We come to projects with humility and know that the wisdom of the collective is always going to offer more so, we make space for that.

We encourage our collaborators to sit with uncertainty; to be prepared to create more space and time; and to always seek fun and frivolity within the work that is being done.
